Refund policy
Due to the limited, curated, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and mystery jewelry boxes, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Each box is carefully assembled from individually sourced vintage and designer-inspired pieces, making replacements and restocking extremely difficult once an order has been processed.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions before purchasing.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@jwfrye.com within 7 days of delivery and our team will do our best to assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
