We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping speed and carrier may vary depending on destination and order size.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@jwfrye.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation so we can assist you.
